First Aid Campout at Palouse Falls State Park

For our second campout as a troop, we loaded up on May 31st and traveled to Palouse Falls State Park, where we took up residence next to Troop 179, who, unbeknownst to us, had also planned a campout for the same place. Each patrol set up their separate camping and cooking areas and had a great experience cooking for the first time on their own as patrols. On Saturday, we worked on first aid rank requirements, then took a break after lunch for a short hike down to the white waters and smaller falls above the magnificent Palouse Falls. After the hike, we returned to our campsite to finish first aid requirements and to clean up camp and load up for our return to the Tri-Cities.
