Kennewick City Council Meeting

4 girls from our troop went to the Kennewick City Council Meeting in order to fulfill one of the requirements for the Citizenship in the Community Merit Badge. We started the meeting by leading everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance. It was really cool to see the leadership of our city in action. I never realized all the work the city council does for our community and sitting through this meeting inspired me to take action and serve those around me more.
